Here’s 25 takeaways…..

  1. The new year comes quicker each year.
  2. Everyone is on their own path.
  3. Everyone is doing their best.
  4. Coaching clients feels like I’m constantly being asked to look in the mirror.
  5. 20 min naps are the best.
  6. Surfing supports me on all levels.
  7. The ocean is one of the few places that is practically void of distraction.
  8. My phone is so distracting.
  9. Leaning into fear is essential for growth and expansion.
  10. If my gut tells me to do something, I should probably do it.
  11. Sometimes I’m not sure what’s real.
  12. I have a voice and it’s important to use it.
  13. The first few mins in the morning are full of emotion.
  14. An eye mask is the best thing I’ve ever purchased for under $10.
  15. I cherish sleep more than ever before.
  16. I still enjoy an occasional super late night out.
  17. I love my work.
  18. Focus is a by-product of good habits.
  19. Some things just aren’t meant to be.
  20. Having peace of mind is a gift.
  21. Everyone just wants to be seen, heard, and understood.
  22. When I embrace incremental growth, life is a LOT of fun.
  23. I am my own worst critic and will always be.
  24. Venice Beach feels like home.
  25. Growth is a process, NOT an event.
