Is Your Vision FEELING Bigger Than Your Fear

By December 23, 2020April 17th, 2023No Comments

I attended a Facebook marketing webinar a few months ago, and the instructor said something that’s stuck with me ever since….

He started by asking the following question, “Is your vision bigger than your fear?” and then added..

“People are going to judge you, no matter what you do, so you might as well come to terms with this, and put yourself out there.”

Conclusion: lean into your vision versus fear.

The fear, in this case, is that someone is going to judge you when you expose yourself, via Facebook marketing.

And, what he’s suggesting is that, yes, someone is inevitably going to judge you, so you might as well do it anyhow!

His message was insightful and spot-on – to stay focused on your vision!

As the new year approaches, I’ve been thinking about his message lately, and the importance of FEELING into your vision.

When you choose to FEEL into your vision, your entire body takes on your vision’s belief system. Every cell in your body hears the message and believes it to be true.

When you’re able to fully embody your vision, your fears take a back seat.

This isn’t to say that you’ll be void of the experience of feeling your fears, because you’ll feel those as well.

But rather, that you have a choice of where you want to focus and put your energy…

…..Hmmmm. Where shall you put it?

How about…..YOUR VISION!

I have a fortune cookie message (yup, you read this correctly) taped to my computer monitor, which reads, “Hesitation is the enemy of creativity”.

When you tap into your vision, and fully trust that you are capable of executing on it, you begin to remove hesitation from the equation.

Vision, in essence, is your creativity. TAP INTO IT!

Having clear vision forces you to reflect.

When you reflect, you create your own insights.

Taking those insights and putting them into action is the process of bringing your vision to life.

2020 has been full of fear and uncertainty.

More uncertainty undoubtedly lies ahead, and with uncertainty comes fear.

Remember, you have a choice. Vision or Fear.

Write your vision down on a piece of paper.

What does it say?

Close your eyes.

Breathe.

FEEL into your vision.

Allow your body to convert this vision into TRUTH.

HOLD the vision.

REVISIT it every day.

CREATE a new belief system within you.

PREPARE to execute on your vision in the new year!
