Have you ever struggled with perfectionism?
You know what I mean, right?! — when something has to be so damn perfect that everything else takes a back seat, even when it’s to your own detriment.
The tricky thing about perfectionism is that it isn’t always easy to recognize. Often times, it can be masked by your “desire to do a great job”.
Personally, I’ve struggled with perfectionism in my past and most recently, within my business.
I share some of my struggles with you in my video below. I also talk about goal setting and its relationship to control versus surrendering into the process.
