6 Week Art of Masterful Communication Course & Mastermind
"Your program speaks to the heart of communication and not just the logic or mind frame of communication. It really helped! It helped me evaluate myself, my heart and my mind on how, when and why I would communicate in a certain ways. You think of communication as an external tool, as opposed to an internal tool - your course really sets the foundation and the stage for great external communication by having great internal communication." ~ Courtney Craven, Oakland, California
WEEK 1: APPROACHABILITY OPENS DOORS
Energy is the most important foundational element for effective communication. Every choice you make and action that you take involves energy. When you understand how energy works and to use it to your advantage, you’ll establish a firm ground to stand on and begin to communicate with others from a place of balance and positivity.
You are the creator of your own invisible obstacles. They are the result of your life experiences and repeatedly show up to impede your own growth process. Once you learn how to quickly identify them, you can use them to connect more deeply with your audience.
WEEK 2: LET’S BET ON YOU
Fear shows up multiple times throughout your day. By embracing and leaning into fear, you’ll move through the challenges that typically hold you back and learn how to make it a huge asset in your life. Fear can be a primary driver for your growth and success, and support you in delivering more meaningful messages to the world.
Developing a sense of self-awareness is the glue that enables you to move through challenging obstacles. As you deepen the connection within yourself, you’re able to more easily recognize the struggle in others. When you’re aware of the pain in others, your ability to add value and provide solutions increases exponentially.
WEEK 3: THE KINDNESS FACTOR
When you choose to be fully responsible for all of your actions and outcomes, you position yourself for greatness. With this level of commitment, you’re able to transcend the status quo, and provide a sense of balance and stability for the people you come in contact with.
When you embody the notion that self-compassion is an indispensable communication skill, and mechanism for moving through your own negative self-talk, you develop a muscle that allows you to share your compassion with others as well. Tapping into this ability is what enables you to rise above the rest and deliver your message with clarity and purpose.
WEEK 4: STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
Listening is the single most powerful skill you can develop as a communicator, yet, not many people do it well. As an expert listener, when you leave your agenda at the door, you essentially make a full commitment to be in service to those around you. Rather than entering conversations with preconceived ideas, you enter with an open heart and a curiosity that inevitably leads to more fulfilling outcomes.
The deepest desires in human nature are to be appreciated and acknowledged. By establishing deep connections with those around you, and making a personal commitment to continually recognize other people’s strengths, you build trust and relationships that can last a lifetime.
WEEK 5: NEVER NERVOUS SERVICE
We’re conditioned to feel the need to give others advice; however, one of the most powerful responses you can give someone, is no response at all. In doing so, you empower others and allow them to come to their own conclusions. When you give people permission to do this, they’re far more likely to learn and implement changes.
When people get stuck in a pattern or thought process that keeps them from attaining a certain goal or moving forward in life, your curiosity can be a wonderful way to help them get unstuck. The key is knowing that everyone has the answers inside of them, as this becomes a critical component to assist others to work through their own challenges. Learning how to frame and ask good questions is what allows them to sort through their own stories and come out on the other side with a fresh perspective.
WEEK 6: YOU KNOW WHERE YOU’RE GOING
When delivering a message, or idea, it requires you to abandon the notion that you know what’s best for others, and move towards empowering others, as a way to help them arrive at their own solutions. Communicating from a place of confidence, you can help others change their thinking and create new pathways that allow them to get out of the problems and details and move towards resolution.
When you learn how to ask for what you want, you position yourself to get the things you desire. Being intentional with this process is what moves the needle in your business and life; this level of clarity is what inspires and influences others as well. By using your voice, and believing in your message, you tap into your innate ability to bring huge value to the world.
"I feel like every week I discovered something new about myself and others and how to communicate effectively, knowing these things. And, the timing was great with the COVID circumstances. Everybody being logged down, working from home, it actually allowed me to take some time over the weeks for reflection and connection with others. I wouldn't say I had one milestone throughout the course. It's just all fits logically together, in the right order, in a progressive way. And when it's over, you really miss it." ~ Kamila Sandach, Utrecht, Netherlands
