Intention:
The intention of the (AOMC) program is to further develop your emotional intelligence, leadership abilities, confidence, and self-awareness; the program content is derived from our “E.I. Engine: The Wheel To Get Real”. (see graph at end of document).
The AOMC program helps you develop deeper connections with your colleagues, teaches you how to have healthy conflict, and nurtures you to become more efficient, innovative, productive and fulfilled.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (Weeks 1-3)
BEHAVIOR

RESPONSIBILITY

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION (Weeks 4-6)

Group Coaching
Teaching/Coaching/Facilitation
Relevant subject matter supporting the videos for the week will be introduced during the group coaching calls; coaching will take place with the group-at-large and within the smaller breakout groups of (5-15) people.

Within smaller breakout groups (5-15), participants will discuss the week’s topics with their colleagues and share discoveries with the group-at-large.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ENGINE
The AOMC program is derived and designed from our Emotional Intelligence Engine (E.I. Engine), called “The Wheel To Get Real”. The wheel is shown below. The participants of our programs move through the 4 quadrants (Behavior, Responsibility, Empowerment, Influence) to develop both their internal and external communication skills. The wheel symbolizes a life-long journey to help individuals grow and get to know themselves better, so they’re able to confidently step out into the world, and support others to do the same.
